As each patient is unique, we develop a unique assessment and treatment schedule for your clients and family, ensuring that all their needs are met and everything we do is completely covered by existing government funding.

Health Assessments
In depth assessments Completed by registered paramedics with clinical oversight by GP. ensures any issues detected are immediately discussed with the gp with a treatment plan created.


Podiatry
Completed by our on-team podiatrists who are fully licensed, experienced and qualified. They will seamlessly integrate into your facility ensuring that all issues are rapidly dealt autonomously.


Physiotherapy
Making modifications to your living environment, ProvidING exercises and in-person checkins to ensure progression. our physiotherapist will ensure that the patients retain their maximum mobility and physical function.


Social Work
Mental health remains the most common health concern in those living with disability, therefore our trained staff will ensure that all patients receive mh monitoring and routine catchups with companionship and other treatment being provided when needed.
