Paracare was founded by two NSW Ambulance Paramedics who identified two key demographics that seem to have inadequate  access to essential care.

We have found that this results in hesitation from patients in accessing the services available to them until the latest possible moment, when their health condition has progressed substantially, and hospital admission is unavoidable, so we have created Paracare Services, which rolls all the resources our healthcare system has to offer into a in-the-home structure, with the intention of administering treatment within the patient's home, with continuous monitoring and review until the patient returns to their normal healthy baseline. This allows more patients to remain in the comfort of their home safely, also reducing burden on carers and support workers.
